Your Responsibilities will Cover

• Establishing and building relationships with new businesses


• Sourcing vacancies


• Recruitment, selection, and candidate care


• Marketing and sales development


• Reverse marketing


• Ensuring database, compliance and administration are maintained

You will Have

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 3 years experience.


• A passion for the recruitment industry, with a strong awareness of current market conditions


• Previous experience in the recruitment industry


• The flair to attract and select the market's best candidates


• Superior relationship-building skills with both existing and new clients


• The ability to work as a 360-degree recruiter


• Self-motivated with a desire to run your own temp desk.
