Market Development



  • Intensive Phone and Field Prospecting

  • Manage existing database / grow territory through prospecting

  • Preparing Sales Quotes

  • Presenting and Closing Solutions to Our Target customers


Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and increase sales revenue and gross profit to meet assigned targets by developing new customers (New Business Development).

  • You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

  • Keep informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.

  • Analyze and grow your assigned territory.

  • Check on competitive activity and develop methods of attaining new customers.

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Reach out to customers through cold calling from existing database.

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

  • Update customer database with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.

  • Continuously improve through training and feedback.

  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Troubleshoot problems regarding products/services provided.

  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Work Environment



  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers and printers.

  • This position is performed in all weather conditions with 70% of work performed outside of the office and 30% of work performed inside of the office.

  • You will be provided a computer, company cell phone and vehicle allowance.


Physical Demands



  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • The employee must frequently drive to and visit both current and potential customer’s offices.

  • Cold calling is the most frequent type of activity.


Language Skills




  • Ability to speak, read and write English required

  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization




Computer Skills



  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), CRM systems, Internet and Windows


Qualifications/Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field is preferred.

  • Equivalent experience with at least 3-5 years of field sales and marketing experience required.

  • Experience in Sales of Copiers Machines, Printers and Scanners.

  • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and / or decision maker with a consultative approach.

  • Entrepreneurial experience and goal-driven focus.

  • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and / or decision maker with a consultative approach.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate fearless cold calling, prospecting and a business acumen including sales quota achievement and closing sales.

  • Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills.


Salary: Very Attractive + Commission.
