- This key role will see you developing and overseeing a strategic plan that’ll drive both sales and growth across a dedicated region. You will:
- Recruit and develop an elite team of sales reps
- Keep your team engaged, motivated, and able to perform to their absolute best
- Provide coaching, training and support
- Manage project and contacts
- Go out into the retail world to make sure the in-store conditions for our products are the best they could be.
