Job Summary
Provide HR generalist advice and support to Line Managers and employees on a wide range of HR areas including Resource Planning (recruitment) training and development etc. within the Operations department.
Reporting line
This role reports to the VP HR & Admin
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational leads to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to
- support organizational change initiatives in line with business needs
- Provide advice and support to Managers and employees relating to HR policies and procedures to create understanding and awareness across the company.
- Drive and coordinate a comprehensive internship (pre & post university) program to achieve the objective of maintaining a steady pool of engineers ready for deployment to ITO on-site support.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Degree in Business or Social sciences
- Minimum of 5 years experience within the Telecoms and ICT industry
- Human Resources Certification
- Hands-on knowledge of HR across all disciplines demonstrated especially in talent resourcing
- Microsoft Software proficiency
- Knowledge and understanding of Nigerian Immigration requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant Labour Law.
- Prior experience in an international, multicultural/diverse organization
