Responsibilities

• Respond to ITTs and preparation of bid documents.


• Conduct market research and gather intelligence on projects & identify opportunities


• Presenting company services to prospective clients/Customers


• Develop and lead relationships with operators, installation contractors, the NNPC, the regulator, DPR & her subsidiaries


• Execution of engineering projects.


• Coordination of sales of training services.


• Develop business proposals, agreements, and quotes.


• Vendors registration with IOCS, Independent E& P companies and regulators


• Rendering assistance on procurement projects.


• Maintains accurate records of all activity reports (placement schedule, client database, RFQs received and submitted etc.).


• Development of company’s capabilities by sourcing for partners.


• Document drafting such as capability statements, company overview, brochures, presentation slides, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (A Master’s degree is an added advantage)


• 5years+ Experience working in the Oil & Gas industry (Upstream Sector)


• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.


• Excellent organizational skills.


• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.


• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
