KEY RESULT AREA

• Providing timely and apt Technical Support to the customers.


• Follow-ups on the trial and commercial runs at customer facility.


• Support revenue generation through technical support.

REQUIREMENTS

• Result oriented with sharp focus to achieve targets set by Technical Services Department.


• Self-motivated with passion to excel in the functional role.


• Maintain excellent customer relationship and ensure business continuity with all clients.


• Good knowledge on Excel and Power Point.


• Hands on Work Experience of 4-5 years on Tetrapak Machines ( A1 Fino, A3 Speed, TBA19) is a must. Must have carried out TPMS events on Tetrapak machines.


• Electro-Mechanical trainings on the similar aseptic filling machines is preferable.


• Knowledge on Aseptic Packaging Technology is preferable.


• PLC troubleshooting for Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE Fanuc and others.


• Basic Knowledge of working principles of Electro-Mechanical instruments, equipment’s and technology is must with soft ( computer) skills

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• B.Tech/B.Eng/Equivalent.


• 8-10 years cognate experience preferably from Form Filling background i.e Milk / Beverages / edible oils / liquor etc.


• Candidate should have a valid international passport.
