Our client, a leading Mortgage Bank, is seeking to hire a Head of Corporate Resources to manage corporate affairs, and oversee the operations of human resources, administrative assets and facilities.

The ideal role holder will be responsible for developing and managing strategies that govern daily corporate activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and Manage the Bank’s Corporate Communication strategies and reputation.


• Manage the Bank’s Corporate Image.


• Oversee operations of the Administrative and Human Resources departments


• Other duties may be assigned by the Managing Director or the Board of Directors.

Person Specification

• HND/ B.Sc. Degree in Social sciences or a relevant field


• Minimum of 8 years cognate experience


• Post-graduate qualification and a Relevant Master’s degree


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Excellent analytical and logical skills


• Good working knowledge of real estate and mortgage industry practices, both in Nigeria and globally
