Set strategic goals ensuring operational efficiency and increased productivity.
Maintain Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and strategies.
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, metrics, progress, and obstacles for DreamWorks key initiatives.
Assess market potential and identify new business growth and opportunities.
Work closely with all internal key stakeholders in the development of an overarching Sales & Marketing strategy, performance goals, and long-term organizational and operational plans in accordance with the DreamWorks Mission
Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for Sales and Business Services
Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on business goals and operations
Lead with integrity, establishing and maintaining a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
Other tasks and responsibilities as required key partner relationships, while developing and implementing strategies for global expansion.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 7 - 10 years work experience.
