JOB DUTIES  

• He or She will be responsible for the preparation and serving of drinks to customers.


• He should have a good knowledge of recipes to make classic and customized drinks that meet customers' expectations and quality standards. Job Responsibilities


• Prepare cocktails and mocktails


• Serve drinks to customers in a friendly manner


• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage products and provide drink recommendation to guests


• Keep glassware clean and hygienic for use


• Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times.


• Ensure bar always will remain clean and tidy during the service and after the service.


• Maintain inventories and consumption.


• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.


• Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for Mixing beverages and serving guests.


• Perform other duties as and when assigned by the hotel management.

QUALIFICATION 

• HND in Hospitality Management or any related course


• 1-2 years as mixologist or bartender


• Must have Knowledge of cocktail and Mocktail preparation


• Must have excellent communication skills


• Must be sociable and have a demonstrable passion for service


• Must have great interpersonal skills.


• Must have a warm personality and be courteous.

Age: 25- 35 years 

Salary: N100,000.

Candidates must reside in Yaba, Fadeyi, Mushin, Onipan, Anthony, Obanikoro, Ojuelegba, Lawanson and its environs
