JOB SUMMARY


Our client a Pentecostal church, is looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and professional support.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Assist in various projects to be under taken.

  • Manage the schedules, calendar and all appointments and carry out any other assignment as directed.

  • Liaising with the relevant parties to ensure successful implementation of approved events and programs

  • Make travel arrangement including flights booking, accommodation and ground transportation.

  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs

  • Run Errands as requested

  • Devise and maintain office filing system

  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters


REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS



  • A Bachelor’s Degree or HND is required

  • At least 3-5 years working experience as a Personal Assistant

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Power point)

  • Ability to work independently and reliably

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality
