Professional Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or Engineering
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Relevant technical/ professional certifications
- Membership of professional organizations/ associations will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 12 years post qualification experience in IT Infrastructure
- Previous experience in a reputable consulting or leading IT company
- Demonstrable achievements in landmark projects

- Strong client relationship management skills

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Issue management skills
- Deep understanding of CIO and Technology Infrastructure Services organisations in Nigeria and West Africa
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Flexibility to interface with multiple relevant business functions and capabilities (including, Network, Information Systems /Technology, Commercial, Sales etc.)
- Deep expertise in Technology Strategy and Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure Consulting, IT Service Management, Project/Program Management

Functions & Responsibilities
- Works closely with the TGP Lead and TGP Executives to engage client C-level executives and key Directors to identify, qualify and convert technology sales opportunities
- Establishes direct, credible and proven contacts with key decision makers and influencers within key client organizations
- Manages people, processes and technology to deliver client-relevant services to Verraki’s clients in the Technology Advisory space
- Builds team of credible Consultants and Managers to drive and sustain the technology Advisory practice
- Supports TGP to generate sustainable and winnable pipeline of opportunities in the Nigerian and regional IT Infrastructure space
- Sets and manages expectations of Client Sponsors /Champions and Stakeholders on delivery efforts
- Develops deep awareness and knowledge of Verraki capabilities to align Verraki capabilities with local needs and trends
- Coaches, mentors and provides career guidance to assigned counselees to develop their careers, particularly in the technology Advisory area
- Build Verraki credibility and brand in the technology Advisory services industry
- Organizes and directs quality work efforts and client-facing project delivery
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the TGP Lead
