Job Description
Our Client, a culinary company is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO. The ideal candidate is expected to have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be swift at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications
- Conducting research, gathering data and analyzing information needed for strategy, planning and implementation.
- Prepare, draft, proofread and execute accurate business correspondence
- Be an integral part to helping execute a varying range of projects.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders on behalf of the CEO
- Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately taking messages
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of BA/BSc. in any field.
- 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support, Preferably Female.
- In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- Working Condition is Mon to Friday 8am-5pm and Sat 8am-3pm
