Job Description



  • Responsible for the sales of broiler birds, spent layers, processed meat, and processed manure)

  • Conducts market research on product to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Grows the customer base and ensures the product quality served to customer is of required standard

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and social media

  • Arrange meetings with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns

  • Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections

  • Performs payment verification and ensures delivery notes are given to customers for products purchased.

  • Ensures what is invoiced corresponds with what is delivered to customers.

  • Ensures that the company standard operating procedures is strictly complied within the sales function.

  • Renders daily, weekly, and monthly sales report to the Sales fulfilment Manager

  • Carries out analysis of customer capacity to identify grounds for sales improvement

  • Monitors product orders and available stock to ensure timely supply to clients

  • Shall perform any other duty as may be assigned by the sale manager and managing director.


Qualification



  • Minimum of Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Social / Management Science with 2- 4 years’ experience in sales (FMCG).

  • Not more than 30 years of age by December 2022
