Key Areas of Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain and improve existing customer’s patronage
- Deal with field objections/enquiries
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Converting potential customers into actual and recovering dormant customers
- Achieve target on debt collection and raise all supporting documents on debt collected
- Ensure that all customers’ issues are well handled properly and promptly
- Regular sales call, communication with contacts and correspondence
Qualifications and Experience
- Holder of a B.Sc. or HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering with 5 -10 years post NYSC relevant experience.
- Possession of Masters in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering with a track record of good Sales, Business Development and Customer Service is an added advantage.
- 30 - 38 years and ready to work in any part of Nigeria.
- Must be a Team Player and Target driven.
- Customer Focused and Problem Solver.
- Good verbal communication, writing, presentation and computer skills.
- Ability to drive and possession of a valid Driver’s license.
