Key Areas of Responsibility



  • Monitor, maintain and improve existing customer’s patronage

  • Deal with field objections/enquiries

  • Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

  • Converting potential customers into actual and recovering dormant customers

  • Achieve target on debt collection and raise all supporting documents on debt collected

  • Ensure that all customers’ issues are well handled properly and promptly

  • Regular sales call, communication with contacts and correspondence


Qualifications and Experience



  • Holder of a B.Sc. or HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering with 5 -10 years post NYSC relevant experience.

  • Possession of Masters in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering with a track record of good Sales, Business Development and Customer Service is an added advantage.

  • 30 - 38 years and ready to work in any part of Nigeria.

  • Must be a Team Player and Target driven.

  • Customer Focused and Problem Solver.

  • Good verbal communication, writing, presentation and computer skills.

  • Ability to drive and possession of a valid Driver’s license.
