Job Description

• A leading health-tech organization is currently in the market for a Technical Project Manager who is analytical, data-driven, collaborative, friendly, well-organized, and self-motivated.


• The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and have experience leading both internal & external projects from idea stage to execution.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Identifying opportunities to grow the business; developing partnerships to support growth.


• Defining and communicating the vision of projects and how they align with business strategy;


• Analyzing the economics of potential partnerships; negotiating favorable commercial terms and developing partnership models;


• Writing proposals


• Creating launch plans - including coordinating with other internal & external team members as needed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a graduate Degree in any Management Science discipline


• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.


• You should be comfortable with change, as you would be entering the company at an exciting phase of development.


• You should have a hands-on approach since initially you would be mostly carrying out the above activities yourself vs. delegating to others.


• In addition, you would be working closely with other leadership team members. You should also be proficient in the use of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Salary

N400,000 - N450,000 Monthly Net.
