Job Description



  • Responsible for daily updating and posting of billings based on correct occupancy report

  • Daily updating and posting of cash receipts.

  • Updates of the main cash register.

  • Validates daily sales to accounting software.

  • Refund and paid out folios update.

  • Posting of all cash lodgment into their respectful bank accounts.

  • Responsible for cash deposit and reconciliation of cash backup with front office in the absence of the cashier.

  • Processing and presentation of cheque for signing.

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Updates and maintains general petty cash book when necessary.

  • Processing and payment of PHCN bills.

  • Responsible for daily cash reconciliation.

  • Computation of staff weekly consumption in the absence of the cashier.

  • Posting of all management kitchen consumption into software

  • Monitoring and correction of postings errors by front office and other departments.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Competency / Skills / Requirements



  • Fresh Graduates are preferred.

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or other related fields.

  • Minimum of 1 years of working experience in a similar position.

  • Hospitality experience will be an added advantage

  • Good communication skills

  • Excellent information processing ability

  • Good numeracy skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Integrity and honesty
