Carefully drive assigned hospital vehicle to/from the assigned or designated locations.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety check and document any damage or necessary information pertaining to the hospital vehicle(s).
Report any accidents, observed, or suspected violation of company policy, safety hazards, or anything unusual surrounding the vehicle, parking facility, or fellow employees to the supervisor immediately.
Delivery of mails, cheque, and laboratory samples to various designated points on in timely basis
Collect drugs and other medical implements from various destinations and deliver them to the hospital.
Pick and drop hospital staff, patients and visitors as directed.
Maintain vehicle mileage, faulty, fuel usage records for purpose of accountability and maintenance.
Requisition of supplies and materials necessary for the efficient running of the motor vehicles/cycles.
Ensure renewal of necessary motor vehicles licenses
Maintain proper standards of conduct and professionalism at all times.
Observe and practice all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Keep assigned company vehicle(s) neat and tidy at all times.
Follow all company policies and procedures at all times.
Assist clients/visitors with directions and other information as needed.
Any other duty as may be allocated by supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 3 - 7 years relevant work experience.
Must arrive to work on time and maintain professional appearance upon and throughout entire working hours.
