Responsibilities
- Analysing and Investigating price, demand and competition
- Devising and presenting strategies and development of ideas for the company.
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information to head responsible for the unit.
- Writing reports which clearly indicate likely trends of sales and other marketing analysis.
- Work with individuals, in house designers to produce materials of visual input within brand guidelines.
- Communicate to each of the team about innovations, and how they can be used to leverage marketing efforts.
- Preparation and delivery of marketing plan within key objective.
- Develop and advise management on new products and service initiatives.
- Drive growth in market expansion and mobilisation.
- Ensure that issues of dissatisfaction in client service delivery are promptly identified and addressed
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures in sourcing for clients.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Head, of Marketing.
Key Performance Indicators
- Volume of new accounts(clients), relative to target
- Response time to clients’ complaints
- Client satisfaction rating
- Customer retention versus customer attrition
- Incidents of exceptions from internal audit & control.
Performance Standards:
- Monthly marketing report ready on the 4th of the succeeding months.
Qualifications
- A minimum of OND, B.Sc and HND, preferably in a Business related discipline.
- 3 - 6 years relevant work experience.
