Job Description

• Execute the activities within own area of responsibility ensuring the compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Tasks include:

• Know How, Research and Development Technology and Commercial Support


• Feasibility Phase


• Bidding phase/Commercial proposal


• Analyse and understand Tender documentation


• Set-up of material management software to be used


• Support to project team for WBS definition


• Download/Upload of piping MTO


• Analysis of missing piping component after piping MTO


• Definition of typical piping assemblies


• Definition and management of Piping Specialty item


• Issue of Purchase Requisition for Market Investigation


• Elaboration of Piping Mechanical Quantity


• Support led to define man-hour and cost estimate


• Project Execution and Operational Phase


• Ensure the Piping and Layout engineering support to different projects


• Ensure the achievement of assigned goals and the fulfilment of project quality requirements and contractual obligations


• Analyse technical documents (e.g. specifications, calculation notes, drawings) to assess the scope of the studies required


• and the potential risks


• Seek solutions which can bring overall savings to the project


• Provide technical support to Procurement, Subcontracting and Construction activities included in the scope of work


• Feed the Piping and Layout Department improvement system by reverting the lessons learned during the project


• Set-Up of Digital MTO (if applicable)


• Support lead for MTO review and reporting


• Support to lead and engineer to mechanization activity


• Identify component with missing weight supporting Piping Material Engineer


• Planning of Purchase Requisition issue according to project schedule, managing the whole cycle including Material


• Requisition (by Piping Material Engineer), Technical Enquiry Package, Purchase Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation (by


• Piping Material Engineer)


• Issue of Purchase Requisition, including piping support material


• Attach technical docs into SAP


• Update of piping component unit cost into piping material management software after


• Project Agreement or Purchase Order placement


• Price estimation before Purchase requisition issue


• Elaboration of Piping Mechanical Quantity.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 8 - 12 years work experience.
