Responsibilities

• We are seeking to engage a modern, Project Manager who is widely-informed and experienced Architect with excellent creativity and design precision as its Company Architect.


• Main duties are the basic responsibilities of Oversees building contractors and construction crews, rendering architectural Design, Rendering and On-Site Project Supervision for ensuring compliance of construction execution with design specifications.


• Major goal of the role is the provision of modern, aesthetically pleasing and functional designs within reasonable time and team participation and/or leadership to achieve 100% delivery of project to all design and quality specifications.


• Visits the site regularly to ensure construction adheres to company standards and estate guidelines.


• Ensures the project remains on time and within specifications.


• Creates progress reports according to delivery schedules.


• Conducts final inspections after each project is completed.


• Monitors the creative process from concept to project administration to ensure the coherence of design concepts.


• Modifies work plans to suit changing circumstances and handle any difficulties that may develop during work.

Qualifications / Other Requirements

• First Degree in Architecture.


• Minimum of 5 years experience in Architectural Design and On-site Project Participation.


• An appreciable design portfolio.


• Wide knowledge of architectural design and construction process.


• Proficiency in architectural design softwares.


• Competency in architectural rendering and proficiency in rendering software is added advantage.


• Professional qualification(s)
