Responsibilities

• Prepare & review Quality Assurance/Quality Control plans for new construction and refurbishment work.


• Ensure establishment of quality procedures including time limits for inspection, sampling and testing of works


• Oversee and manage quality assessment of materials through regular laboratory tests and material receiving inspection.


• Implement and monitor quality assessments


• Prepare Monthly Quality Assurance/Quality Control report on projects


• Raise Quality Assurance/Quality Control Observations & propose corrective & preventive actions in conjunction with Site

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Eng / HND in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering


• Professional certification will be an added advantage


• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in construction work with emphasis on materials testing, laboratory testing, quality control and assurance


• High degree of personal initiative and willingness to accept wide responsibilities


• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships in a multi-cultural & multi-ethnic environment
