Responsibilities



  • Ensure timely post and update on all social media handles

  • Manage proposals and conduct research on potential client

  • Identify, develop and target growth strategies for financial gains

  • Evaluate administrative staff performance

  • Review and approve supply requisitions

  • Ensure all Bills are paid promptly

  • Check stock to determine inventory levels

  • Monitor and approve vendor needs for seminar

  • Liaise with partners on seminar facilitators and guest list

  • Design and implement office policies

  • Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure

  • Process staff salaries and benefits


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Degree in Business Administration or Office Administration / Management, Finance or other relevant degree

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience

  • Computer skills including Ms Office Suite, Outlook programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy


Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 / Month
