Job Overview



  • This role will be responsible for supporting the marketing team; and will be responsible for scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to social media messages/enquiries; organizing offline campaign

  • materials; managing events; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the marketing department perform their job


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Assisting the marketing department with all assigned duties and due documentation.Post on social media

  • Help with run-around of the department

  • Ensure all events are properly operated

  • Track online comments that need to be answered

  • Preparation of invoices, quotations, bids, tender job order, etc

  • Prepare routine correspondence according to instructions.

  • Monitoring use and ordering of office supplies, dealing with vendors and suppliers.

  • Ensure good organization of documents at the Marketing department

  • Maintain confidentiality of information.

  • Maintain good customer relationship and resolve/coordinate clients

  • Maintain good records/contacts of company’s vendors.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as instructed by the department lead


Requirement



  • Minimum of OND/HND or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience in related roles

  • Interpersonal skills

  • People skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office packages, outlook and other software programs.

  • Excellent service, verbal & written communication skills.

  • Astute information management skills.

  • Ability to manage cross functional teams.

  • Creative, independent and self-driven.

  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.

  • Fast learner & problem-solving skills.

  • Great/presentable personality.

  • Reporting Structure

  • The Executive Assistant - Marketing will report to department lead, and CGO.
