Job Description



  • Reconciling the company’s bank statements, procurement/ inventroy and bookkeeping ledgers

  • Collaborate with financial manager and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks

  • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.

  • Create financial documents such as invoices, payables, receivables and purchase orders and payment vouchers.

  • Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data

  • Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status

  • Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations

  • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and reconcile with the bank.

  • Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.

  • Manage payroll activities and release salaries.

  • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors

  • Filing5 and remitting taxes and other financial obligations

  • Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.


Job Requirements



  • HND / B.Sc in Accounting or any other related professional qualification.

  • 2 to 5 years working experiences in Bottle water industry.
