Requirements

• Make a large number of calls informing clients about the company app


• Generate leads and users for the app


• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction regarding the company app


• Build sustainable relationships and trust with users of the company app.


• Report customer complaints and recommendations about the app to management.
