Job Brief


Our client, Nellies Nigeria is a healthy snacks company producing a healthier alternative of favorite local & international snacks using local produce is in search of experienced field sales representatives to join the Sales team. As the field representative, you will increase brand awareness and expand markets. You will also be required to keep abreast of market trends.


Job Responsibilities




  • Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.




  • Working directly with the merchandisers to drive and promote company sales.




  • Manage receivables and reduce debt from customers




  • Manage sales, exhibitions and programs across territory




  • Manage distributors by facilitating purchase orders and assessing product performance.




  • Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers.




  • Provide periodic feedback/reports to the sales supervisor on all activities and efforts.




  • Conducting market research and attending industry events where networking is possible.




  • Keeping abreast of market trends and competition




Skills and Experience Requirements




  • Must possess at least 3-year experience in the FMCG Industry especially, Modern Trade, Pharmacies, Hotels, Restaurants, Canteens, and Neighbourhood stores




  • Excellent selling skills




  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills




  • Ability to build productive business relationships




  • Minimum of OND, HND degree or equivalent.
