Job Summary
- We are looking for a performance-driven, young, and innovative team lead to drive our business objectives as Head of Sales.
- The HOS will supervise a team of Business Managers (BM) who manage delineated territories with Business Executives (BE) being the end point to the Agents.
Purpose of the Job
- In this capacity, the successful candidate will be expected to develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive the sales strategy, sales business plan, market focused strategy at the territory and cluster levels Recruitment and management of high-performance Agents through the territories and clusters
- Drive penetration on both urban and underserved areas
- Manage the deployed devices to active devices ratio
- Manage the delivery of specified minimum activity defined per terminal
- Manage trade incentive and sales promotional programs
- Omni-channel management for both retail and SME
- Self driven, working with minimal supervision
- Manage queries resolutions within the set SLA’s
- Training of agents, BM and BE on the use of devices and increasing product knowledge across board.
Education Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Humanities or Sciences. MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 4 - 5 years Sales Experience in Agency Banking specifically. Exposure to multi-Channel Management techniques with retail and SME verticals.
- Capacity to lead high performance team nationwide.
