Job Summary



  • Our client is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to ensure our supply chain and logistics operations function properly.

  • You’ll collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to create effective business plans.

  • You should also have experience in project management, as well as great leadership and communication ability.

  • You will ensure internal procedures are defined & properly followed within defined procurement good processes.


Job Description



  • Coordinating, organizing and overseeing all activities in the identification, acquisition, production and distribution of the company's goods.

  • Planification of production to meet the sales target

  • Procurement to secure the Purchase (Raw Material & Packaging)

  • Purchasing to convert the Production Plan into a list of goods to supply and to organize their delivery in good timing

  • Follow-up delivery from the PO to the delivery inside the warehouse (including freight and clearing)

  • Storing to ensure goods are stored in good condition and security stock is strictly monitored to avoid shortage

  • Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals


Requirements



  • Degree in a related field.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the supply chain, previous experience in the food industry plant.

  • Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field.

  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.

  • Computer Skills - MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and other programs.
