Responsibilities
- Analyse a wide range of information in great detail to gain a comprehensive context to advertising/activation strategies
- Understand Products, Interpret, gain and communicate insights on the target audience and use these effectively in the execution of all creative material
- Strategic direction that will contribute toward increased business and stronger marketing strategies for clients
- Intelligent understanding and interpretations of client briefs
- Collate & compile thorough on-brand case study reports for clients & for internal purposes
- Build/develop creative, usable and actionable ideas
- Client Brand positioning and creative insight resulting in communications that resonate with target audiences
- Collaboration with Strategy/Research, Analytics, Creative, and Client Services teams to develop business, marketing and communication strategies that are fueled by customer insight.
- Company, Competitive, Cultural, Consumer, and Category insights and presentations
- Secondary and syndicated research mining and analysis
- Creative direction annd leadership
- Working with external and internal stakeholders to identify consumer touch points and understand executable mechanics.
- Ensure that every creative execution meets all quality assurance parameters as set out in the brand manual
- Manage concepts, oversee and fulfill copy-writing responsibilities, and lead all creative development processes and executions.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding morale and team-building skills
- Good strategic thinkers, with the ability to undertake strategic planning.
