Receives calls from patients directly and /or receives calls transferred from call centre agents (care coordinators) and handles such calls as per Health Connect 24x7 policies and procedures.
Ensure that patients receive accurate diagnoses and care in a timely manner.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an MBBS / MBChB / MD.
Minimum of 2 years experience.
The ability to speak 1 major Nigerian language (Igbo, Yoruba, or Hausa) fluency is a prerequisite for the interview.
Excellent listening and communication skills for dealing with patients
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patient
Explain test results and provide patients with a plan of care details.
