- Offshore Marine Authority with oversight responsibility for marine activities within MEZ of offshore installations for OML 99, 100 and 102
- Responsible for all marine electronic surveillance aids installed on offshore installations within JVA offshore locations
- Responsible for Materials Logistics arriving and leaving the FSO Unity.
- Responsible for lifting operations of Deck Team, management of lay down area and bulk transfers
- Manage personnel logistic for FSO and units linked to the FSO (e.g., Flotel)
- Responsible for personnel movement from/to FPSO & Intra field (Helicopter, Fast Crew Boat)
- Responsible for helideck equipment.
- Responsible for marine activities on FPSO (Loading/unloading bulk, export crude oil, FPSO stability, SIMOPS activities involving naval assets, monitoring of vessels and follow up of inspection/audit, advisor for extra naval activities like seismic or diving campaign)
- Manage interface between marine and other disciplines (Production, Maintenance, Inspection, HSE, Security).
- On site contract management, responsible for safe and efficient activity of Marine operations Service and Stevedoring personnel.
- Oversees collision risk monitoring in defense of offshore installations in OML 99, 100 and 102.
Qualifications
- Master Class 1 experience with a minimum of 3 years as Master or Senior officer on trading tanker and minimum 3 years’ experience in FPSO operations in a senior position linked to marine activities.
- Trained and experienced in pilotage operations at export buoy or tandem
- Completed a Bridge Resource management & ISPS training.
- BOSIET/HUET equivalent for offshore survival and helicopter transport
- Experience or training for lifeboat coxswain / small boat handling course
- Experience in Helicopter operations
