Team: User Services Team


Reporting to: Senior Manager, Operations


About the Role


Process Development Lead works within the User Services unit of SunFi. The objective of the User Services team is to deliver quality services to our users via the SunFi platform as well as offline. User services achieve these objectives by continual engagement and feedback from our users.


The Process Development Lead is primarily responsible for the continual development and improvement of processes with the User Services unit. This role supports the various roles in the appropriate documentation and adherence to defined processes within the User Services unit.


Responsibilities & Duties:



  • Analyzes, drafts, and documents process and process improvements within User Services.

  • Interfaces with other units to analyze, draft, and document processes and process improvements that entail interfacing with these units.

  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders to make the necessary process and document updates.

  • Carries out impromptu audits on team member's documentations and adherence to processes.

  • Supports and guides new team members in aligning with their respective processes.

  • Supports the various user services roles.

Qualifications:



  1. BSc/HND holder

  2. At least 3 years relevant experience in data analytics and/or process improvement (preferably in the renewable energy sector)

  3. Ability to speak and write English language effectively

  4. Good interpersonal skills developed by working in similar or relevant role

  5. Ability to use Microsoft office (emphasis on word, excel & powerpoint)

  6. Ability to use Google suites

  7. Ability to use and integrate modern cloud-based tools such as Monday.com, Jotform.com, Typeform.com

  8. Ability to use diagramming tools (such as MS Visio) would be an advantage

  9. Having a Process or Project based certification (such as Six Sigma, CAPM, TOGAF 9) would be an advantage


Salary Expectation: NGN3,600,000 PA
