Job Description

• Receive customers requests in a professional and courteous manner


• Process assigned customer requests per the Bank’s procedure and timelines


• Attend to customers’ inquiries and complaints, resolve issues or direct them to appropriate desks


• Promote the company’s image and brand to internal and external customers.
