Job Description

• You are responsible for accessing products, services and suppliers and negotiating contracts.


• Ensure that the approved purchases are of a sufficient quality and are cost efficient.


• Understand business goals and objectives.


• Researching for potential vendors.


• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.


• Negotiating contract terms of agreement, pricing and preparing reports.


• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.


• Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc in Logistics, Economics or Business Administration.


• Negotiation skills


• Solid analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis.


• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
