JOB DESCRIPTION – Front Office/Administrative Assistant
Reception Management
- Oversee the inflow of visitors to the company to ensure that nobody is kept waiting unnecessarily
- Attend to all incoming letters
- Interface with staff members to keep the front desk neat/tidy
- Have a genial disposition
Accounting
- Maintaining adequate records of all purchases
- Ensuring that bills are settled promptly to avoid disruption
- Entering all company transactions in the appropriate ledgers on a daily basis
- Ensuring that all office supplies are bought and are at adequate levels at all times
Documentation
- Maintaining a filing system for the office administration.
- Ensure that all documents leaving the company are properly registered especially resumes of candidates sent for interview to clients.
- Assisting with document preparation
- Responsible for mailing and distribution of documents to staff and clients
General
- Assist in recruitment and training exercises
- Being flexible to work in any department if the need arises
- All other duties as assigned by the Head, Account, and Admin/ Principal Consultant
