Main Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Follow up social media trends and create relevant reels and posts
- Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimise content
- Create various content types (videos, posts, articles, infographics) following our brand guidelines
- Write and review content for websites, social media pages and public communications
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Connecting digital investments to enterprise KPIs in order to achieve positive digital transformation
- Measure and monitor company website and social media traffic statistics
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create adapted sales offerings
- Regularly update Hubspot CRM database
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
