Job Description
Coordinate all activities in said region so as to achieve individual, branch/regional budgeted targets.
Business Development:
- Oversee the business development of the region to ensure that regional targets are achieved.
- Management of region’s receivable’s so as to ensure prompt payments.
- Ensure proper management of all contracts in the region.
Operations:
- Coordinate the operations activities of the region so as to enhance efficiency of service.
- Ensure adherence to operations policies and procedures in all transactions and activities in the branch.
- Coordinate and manage all the staff in the region to achieve team work and staff engagement.
- Ensure staff discipline and strict adherence to Sixt DNA.
- Ensure Minimal Down Time on target
- Achieve targeted utilization level.
- Drive customer satisfaction strategy and faultless service at all times.
- Ensure cost effective maintenance culture and minimal number of vehicles in the workshop on target for the branch.
- Ensure prompt and accurate performance reporting {Weekly /Monthly)
Strategy
- Come up with growth strategies and dynamics to drive growth and Implement after necessary approval
Branch Budgeting.
- To Undertake such other duties as required; commensurate with the Grade and job title
Educational Qualification Required for the Post:
- HND/BSC in relevant course
- Higher Qualifications are an added advantage
- Professional Qualification Required For the Position:
- Professional Certification in Fleet Management
Required Experience for Position:
- 6 – 7 years cognate experience, of which 4years must be in the fleet management field
