Job Description
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and organized team member to supervise the day-to-day shortlet apartment operations.
Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries on various rental platforms
- Update database with reservation information
- Manage and approve guest check-in and check-out times
- Schedule and organize housekeeping services before the guest is due to check-in or after guest checks out
- Order linen & household supplies for housekeeping services
- Carry out housekeeping checks and guest check-ins
- Provide guest support during their stay
- You will be responsible for communicating with guests, housekeepers, linen providers, handyman, ordering diesel and making sure the generator is up and running etc to ensure everything runs smoothly, all our properties are spotless & sparkling, and guests are happy!
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Hotel and Hospitality.
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
- Outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
