Responsibilities



  • Managing the MD/CEO's itinerary.

  • Performing admin tasks like updating records and client accounts, and purchasing various supplies.

  • Interfacing with clients seeking to meet with the CEO and ensuring world-class service delivery.

  • Ensure effective organization of meetings with the CEO and clients.


Qualification and Experience



  • Degree / HND.

  • Minimum of 3 years Admin experience.

  • A Graduate of any discipline.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business skills.

  • Strong ethical and moral values.

  • Multitasking abilities and compassion.

  • Good time management.

  • Hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity and leadership skills

  • Extensive knowledge of administration.
