Responsibilities
- Before any trip, driver duties include consulting maps or navigation devices for desired routes, checking radio or online traffic and weather reports for departure and destination locations.
- Ensure executive’s residence is prepared for executive and their family return from travel
- Transport Executive Group members and other senior officers to locations as dispatched by the Supervisor, Executive Car Services.
- Ensure adequate communication, primarily via company issued IPhone, with principal and the executive’s administrative assistant, including about schedule changes.
- Arrive for driving assignments well in advance of scheduled departure time and whenever practical and "advance" the drop-off location to familiarize themselves with conditions that could impact the safety or timely arrival of the executive to the location.
- Use appropriate evasive and/or defensive driving tactics as necessary in order to safeguard passengers
- Participate in annual evasive and defensive driving tactics training, including but not limited to completing a “Chauffeuring Skills for Professional Drivers” training course
- Ensure consistent communication with the principal regarding the best/safest pick-up spot at offsite meeting locations, estimated time of pick-up.
Qualifications
- SSCE / OND.
- 2 - 5 years work experience.
- Experience as an executive driver preferred.
- Valid Drivers license.

- Maintain good levels of interpersonal skills to exchange information, answer questions, interact with senior executives and greet visitors
- Will maintain a high level of confidentiality with regard to corporateExecutives includingcontact information, residence locations, and residence security systems
- Will conduct pre-trip advanced security checks of venues that will be visited by Corporate Executives and senior leadership/management
- Married preferred, Bachelors not required
