Technical Expertise:
- Works with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identifies/implements products to help achieve client goals
- Innovative and intuitive approach to researching key target markets and new opportunities, combined with advanced evaluation, reporting and decision-making skills with a results-driven focus
- Demonstrate broad industry expertise
- Outstanding delivery skills: able to plan, manage and deliver impressive marketing campaigns in accordance with client briefs.
Business Development:
- Maintain relationships and serves as the point of contact and liaison for clients
- Oversee the business development functions
- Responsible for harnessing growth opportunities through great work
- Proactively identify prospective clients and business opportunities; prospecting new clients
- Developing proposals and making presentations to clients to land new accounts.
Client/Account Management:
- Secure and expand relationships with key customers through face-to-face meetings and virtual engagements
- Supply the Head of Business with reports on customer needs, interests, competitive activities and potential for new product and services
- Build trust credibility and client referrals
- Building relationships with key personnel within clients’ accounts
- Monitoring client satisfaction post event/project evaluation and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Creating an account strategy to drive client’s business objectives
- Generating ideas for new revenue generation within existing clients
- Generating ideas and generating revenue within specified clients.
Team Management:
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedules
- Oversee the delivery of the Unit’s revenue billings
- Effective management of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience & Qualification
- Qualification: HND, Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 7-9 years
- CIM certification is an added advantage
- Mentoring & coaching skills
- Result-oriented
- Must be a strategic thinker and possess good business negotiation skills

- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
