Position – Service Contract  Officer

Location - Lagos

Responsibilities

• Marketing and sales of contract services to potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.


• Presenting products services and establishing new business


• Maintaining accurate records


• Reviewing contract sales performance


• Negotiating contracts and packages


• Working towards monthly and annual targets.


• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.


• Preparing and sending proposals as at when due.

Requirements

• B.Tech/Bsc in engineering.


• 0-2 years of experience


• Excellent customer service and sales skills.


• Strong verbal and written communicator.


• Excellent phone and presentation skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel.


• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.


• Not more than 30 years of age


• Preferably female
