Responsibilities

• Resolve IT support request from employees


• Gathering and Analysing Data to diagnose computer systems


• Logging all service requests


• Provide technical support for all hardware and software


• Log bugs and enhancement requests


• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations amd updates when needed.


• Create and maintain tips for trick solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years IT experience


• B.Sc or HND in computer Science or related filed


• Indepth knowledge of Microsoft office, Windows 10 and other higher versions


• Must be familiar with Windows Server.
