Responsibilities



  • Manage the company's general operations

  • Oversee the daily running of the business

  • Work with the MD to ensure smooth running of the business and accountability.

  • Prepares proposals, quotation and invoices.

  • Provide professional advice to the MD

  • Work with other departments such as Marketing, Accounts and Supplies dept. to ensure success on every project.

  • Ensure customers get their supplies promptly.

  • Follow up on new and existing clients for strategic partnerships.

  • Monitor and follow up on Sales,Supplies and payments.

  • Any other related task as would be assigned by the MD.


Requirements



  • HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Accountancy or Marketing.

  • Previous experience as an Admin. Officer/Office Manager is compulsory

  • 3 years working experience in a Start Up is compulsory.

  • Great verbal and written communication skills.

  • Great leadership,Coordinating,Entrepreneurial and Teamwork skills.

  • Great with details and calculations.

  • Ability to manage other staff is required.

  • Preferred residence: Ajah, Sangotedo, Igbefon, Ibeju-Lekki and environs.
