  Overseeing the marketing and sales department, planning and coordinating the marketing and sales activities of the company.

  Identifying potential customers and meeting with prime potential customers.

  Developing marketing campaigns, plans and strategies.

  Advising and assisting in recruiting and training of marketers, salesman/sales rep.

  Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share while considering customer satisfaction.

  Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

  Compiling lists describing the organization's offerings.

  Developing and managing advertising campaigns and promotions.
