  • Overseeing the marketing and sales department, planning and coordinating the marketing and sales activities of the company.






  • Identifying potential customers and meeting with prime potential customers.




  • Developing marketing campaigns, plans and strategies.




  • Advising and assisting in recruiting and training of marketers, salesman/sales rep.




  • Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share while considering customer satisfaction.




  • Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.




  • Compiling lists describing the organization's offerings.




  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns and promotions.




  • promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.




  • Liaising with the Relationship Manager to identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities. 




  • Organizing company conferences, workshops, training, trade shows and other events.




  • Building brand awareness and positioning




  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts and communicating the market plan.




  • Researching demand for the organization's products and services and evaluating competitors




  • Handling Social media, public relation efforts and content marketing and producing valuable and engaging content for company's website and blog that attract and convert Target groups.




  • Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, agencies, government, and vendors.




  • Overseeing, creating and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.




  • Designing of print ads and publications.




  • Interacting with various departments including research and development, manufacturing, supply chain, legal and compliance.




  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks




  • Execellent Knowledge of B2B marketing 




  • Execellent knowledge of SEO and E-commence.
