Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Present, promote and sell our products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Understanding and promoting company’s programs
- Generating Leads
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments in the region
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements / Skills
Candidate must have:
- HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related field.
- Must be a resident in Port Harcourt
- Must have vast knowledge of Rivers State and its environ.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Representative
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the service industry, preferably in the security industry.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Professional certificate will be an added advantage.
