Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the Customer needs and providing Technical solution with our Products.
- Achieve order booking target (value and no of orders as per Annual Business Plan) for the assigned territory and product lines
- Provide accurate order booking projections, lead and prospect reports to support business growth
- Provide strategic inputs for developing ABP and SBP for the assigned territory
- Generate and maximize cross sales opportunities
- Anchor enquiry management system from lead generation to order closure
- Develop OEMs, consultants and EPCs
- Assist business development and promotion strategy , Build case studies Customer testimonials
- Be a single point of contact for customers for multi-division product lines across multiple functions, viz. sales, service and supply chain
- Assisting/ Auditing of Dealer Networks and track of customer satisfaction
Provide inputs on:
- new product development
- pricing
- breaking into new market segments
- change in Industry norms
- win loss analysis

- Strong ability to work cross functionally across hierarchies in a highly matrix organization structure
- Passion to network, build relations with customer and improving sales
- Flair to build in-depth know-how of multiple products
- Contracting and negotiation skills, strong commercial acumen
- Proficient in English – written and verbal
- Ability to work with a multi-cultural team
- Candidate should be ready to travel extensively with in Country
- Candidate must have Driving license and Passport
Experience / Exposure:
- Candidate having Sales/ Service experience in Energy / Mechanical Engineering Product / light to heavy engineering company/ capital goods industry, across at least two business units will be preferred
EXPERIENCE/ EXPOSURECandidate having background of thermal & steam engineering, boilers, absorption chillers, water and air pollution related products will be preferred.
