We are a Digital Marketing & Social Media Agency whose mission is to partner with brands to understand their pain points and ultimately take away the frustrations they experience while trying to attain their Social Media & Digital Marketing goals.

We are looking for a Telemarketer | Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for talking to potential clients on phone and ultimately converting them to paying clients.

Your duties will include making research about potential clients before calling. After detailed research, you will put a call through to explain the benefits of our services, ultimately converting them to paying clients.

Your responsibilities includes:

• Delivering scripted talks that describes the company's services to persuade potential clients to sign up.


• Explain our services and prices.


• Answering clients' questions about our services.


• Keeping track of clients that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.


• Follow up on prospects to close sales.


• Maintaining records of clients' contacts


• Completing client survey to obtain infomation about clients.

Qualifications:

• OND, HND and Bsc in a relevant field


• 1-3 years experience in marketing, with more focus on telemarketing
