Our client is a total facility management service provider, offering a wide spectrum of services across Nigeria.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 2-3 years of experience working as a HR Officer, HR Administrator.
- Knowledge of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development, HR operations etc.)
- Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Previous experience within the facility management industry is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary budget: 250,000 monthly gross
