Job Responsibilities



  • Manage retail staff.

  • Staff attendance.

  • Training, recruitment and hiring new staff.

  • Attend to office duties as needed.

  • Manage stock levels for office supplies and place orders.

  • Frequently report on office finances and spending upkeep and updating of corporate databases.

  • Set up a file structure for crucial and private company documents.

  • Respond to inquiries from customers and staff

  • Revise office regulations as necessary

  • Keep a company calendar up to date and make appointments.

  • Reserve conference rooms as needed.

  • Send out and keep records of correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

  • Whenever necessary, prepare statistically-based reports and presentations.

  • Make travel and lodging arrangements.

  • Plan internal and external events


Job Requirements



  • At least three years of work experience.

  • Demonstrated experience working as an administrative officer, administrator, or related field.

  • Knowledge of office administration programs like Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

  • Strong organizational abilities and a willingness to solve problems

  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.

  • Observation of details.
